Ease of integration is accomplished through the incorporation of single, optimized matching networks that provide wideband gain and power performance in a single amplifier covering the 1.2GHz to 1.4GHz frequency band. An evaluation board layout is available optimized for 50Ω operation. Other specifications of the device include a pulse width of 1ms, a duty cycle of 10%, and a small signal gain of 15dB
