One small step for RAM...

The data storage and memory market is creeping towards a critical juncture. Whilst the solid state storage has been historically dominated by the likes of Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) and (NAND) Flash, the limits of solid-state physics have finally come into play.


OEMs, device manufacturers and system designers alike are chomping at the bit to find suitable alternatives for future applications.
