The mGuard rs4000 3G and mGuard rs2000 3G offer provider redundancy with two SIM cards. Location information for mobile applications and global time synchronisation for stationary systems are provided via GPS/GLONASS. The units use the integrated COM server to communicate with serial devices worldwide without additional protocol converter, and securely over Ethernet and VPN connections. An integrated managed switch and a dedicated DMZ port support the setup of secure local network structures, such as with separation of production and engineering network.
