The unit is tailored to 3GPP bands for lab and field applications and designed to fits all the LTE bands, both in TDD and FDD modes. It features 2×2 MIMO with generic extension towards 4×4 and 8×8 MIMO. The radio is 3GPP LTE rel. 9 compliant up to CAT4 with upgradability to rel. 10 and CAT5 and beyond. CPRI is available as baseband interface between SORBAS baseband processing and SORBAS frequency-agile radio.
