Heat sinks tailored for Zhaga-compliant light engines
A significant advantage of Zhaga-compliant LED light engines is their modular concept which facilitates the exchangeability of LED chips over multiple product generations: The LEDs take place in a plastic mounting ring which is attached to the heat sink by means of screws. Further components such as the LED PCB and the related optics can be attached to the mounting bracket without any tools.
Fischer’s new heat sink products are tailored to fit to Zhaga-compliant LED light engines. The new variants feature a massive inner diameter ring that accommodates the light engines. The LED modules can be integrated directly into the heat sink. Fischer Elektronik offers the option to mechanically process the heat sink to fit the respective LED module design. Also the surface can be finished according to customer’s requirements.
