NXP Semiconductors' AXP logic family is designed for low-voltage and low-power applications and is fully specified at the 0.8-volt supply range.

This makes it the industry’s fastest family of devices with the lowest power consumption and highest output drive at 4.5mA, according to the manufacturer. Currently available in the MicroPak (leadless) package, the configurable logic devices can perform different logic functions, thereby reducing bill-of-material part count, cost and qualification effort. The devices feature Schmitt-trigger action on all inputs and have over-voltage tolerant I/Os, they are fully specified over the -40 to +85°C temperature range.
