Modular batteries easy to assemble and configure in 3D

The Tyva Moduloo batteries developed by the Tyva Energie Group breaks new ground in the way Li-ion batteries are assembled, making it possible to build Li-ion batteries in the three dimensions.

This flexibility allows for serial and parallel assemblies for voltages from 3.2 to 28.8V and a nominal capacity from 8.8 to 28Ah, without any development or certification costs.

In the same module, Tyva Moduloo offers high-density batteries (180 Wh/Kg) as well as power batteries with permanently high discharge rates (up to 15ºC). Thanks to a multi-chemistry internal modular platform, the company can integrate all 18650 cells chemistries.

The 75x75x106mm units feature interchangeable Li-ion-18650 cylindrical cells, ensuring that the other battery components can be reused several times, hence reducing the carbon footprint of Li-ion batteries. Evaluation starter kits are available to try out the modular Li-Ion battery technology. Each box includes, 1, 2 or 4 modules with all the accessories.
