The XDK 110 incorporates eight MEMS sensors for measuring acceleration, rotation and magnetic fields, as well as humidity, pressure, temperature, acoustic and digital light. It also features numerous connectivity options, including USB, Bluetooth LE and WLAN to connect to PCs, smartphones and tablets either wirelessly or via cable. XDK functionality can be further expanded by using the included extension board to integrate new features. Other built-in components include 1MB of Flash and 128 kB of RAM, an internal 560mAh Li-Ion rechargeable battery, a power switch, three programmable status LEDs, two programmable push-buttons, and integrated antennas. Software provided with the XDK 110 include an algorithm library and sample applications convenient for first-time programming. All drivers for the system components are included.
